New Features

Fund Management

Purchasing

Manage Purchase Orders

  • New! The Date and Time of when the purchase order was originally printed will display at the bottom of all printed Purchase Orders.

Leave Balance Utility

  • New! A Leave Balance Utility has been added to the Utilities menu that provides an option to Reset Balances or Add to Balances on a group of employees for any Leave Type.

    • Reset Balance allows a user to set all selected employee’s leave balance to a specific amount. This can be used to ‘reset’ multiple employee’s leave balance to zero, or any specified amount.
    • Add to Balance gives users the ability to add a specific amount to the selected employee(s) existing leave balance. A maximum hour's limit can be used to prevent the adding of this amount to an employee’s balance from exceeding a set balance.

  • There are (2) two options for filtering the list of employees.
    • By Balance will display a list of all employees with a current balance for the Leave Type selected. An employee will display even if they do not have an active job.
    • By Job will display a list of all employees with an active job marked for the Leave Type selected. An employee will display even if their leave balance is currently zero.
